Two Ways to Use Leftover Chili

Chili Mac & Cheese

Servings: 6 | Prep & Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups leftover Chili
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni or shell pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk (if chili is thick)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In a large pot, warm the chili over medium heat. Stir in milk if needed to create a saucy consistency.
  3. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Serve hot with extra cheese on top.

Chili Dogs

Servings: 6 | Prep: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 hot dogs
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 2 cups leftover Chili
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Grill or pan-fry hot dogs until heated through.
  2. Warm chili in a small saucepan.
  3. Place hot dogs in buns, top with warm chili and shredded cheese.
  4. Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
